We offer a strict 48-hour refund policy for our Mini Website creation services. If you are not satisfied with the service, you must request a refund within 48 hours of your initial payment. After 48 hours, no refunds will be granted under any circumstances.

Eligible for Refund: Refund requests made within exactly 48 hours from the time of the original transaction.
Not Eligible for Refund: Any refund request submitted after the 48-hour window has passed.

4. Non-Refundable Services

The following services/fees are strictly non-refundable, even within the 48-hour window:

Domain name registration fees (if applicable).
Any third-party integration charges or custom development work already delivered.
Franchisee or Partner Registration Fees.

5. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund within the 48-hour window, you must contact our support team in writing via our official contact email or form. Please include your order details, registered email address, and a brief reason for your dissatisfaction.

6. Refund Processing

Once your refund request is received and approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days. The funds will be credited back to the original method of payment used during the transaction.
